Does this camera work with Mac? ^^
November 11th, 2010 at 9:26 am
@merctp45 my 16GB memory card can hold 6 hours of full 1920x1080p video on the AVCHD format…the format this camera uses…I think, so take 6×4 and how many hours do you get?
November 11th, 2010 at 9:29 am

@bakonfreek ive owned over 20 camcorders ALL sony all the way back to hi 8 tapes in the 90s ive never seen one with only 5x throw it away cuz its junk im tellin ya 10x is the lowest end you will find for optical and digital zoom is useless because you loose quality quick if you do find one with 5 x then it was sold in walmart 15 years ago and it was probly a vhs-c lol believe me i know camcorders i had a trv530 d8 about 10 years ago and it had 25x optical and that was great get a 60x
November 11th, 2010 at 5:00 pm
@2frogy2 how many minutes would u say
November 11th, 2010 at 5:05 pm
@merctp45 other than the fact that the embedded flash memory is just a chip, then yes, like a harddrive (which isn’t a chip).
November 11th, 2010 at 5:14 pm
@northeastatc my VHS camcorder has 5x!! 10x is actually pretty OK. most TV cameras (that are bigger) have like 15x
