Sony is taking pre-orders for the new Touch (PRS-650) and Pocket (PRS-350) Edition readers. Japanese electronics giant Sony Corp. (SNE) said Tuesday that it will sell its Spanish unit which makes liquid crystal display televisions for the European region to two Spain-based companies. The move is part of the company's efforts to restructure its European operations and improve the profitability of its LCD TV business.
